White Almond Wedding



*Ingredients

°1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
°1 cup all-purpose flour
°1 cup white sugar
°3/4 teaspoon salt
°1 1/3 cups of water
°1 cup sour cream
°2 tsp vegetable oil
°for 1 teaspoon of almond extract
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°4 egg whites

Preheat oven 325°F (165°C). Grease an 11" x 13" cake tin with flour.

Stir the white cake mix, flour, sugar, and salt together in a large bowl until well combined. Pour in water, sour cream, vegetable oil, almond & vanilla extracts, & egg whites, and beat with an electric mixer over low heat until all ingredients are blended and moistened, but some lumps remain, about 4 minutes. 

Pour the mixture into the prepared cake pan, and bake in the preheated oven until light golden brown and about 25 minutes.  Leave to cool before decorating.
