Homemade Cinnamon Rolls




*THE INGREDIENTS OF THE DOUGH:

°A cup of warm milk

°A large spoon. Instant yeast.

°Two large spoons. Sugar.

°One teaspoon. Salt.

°Three large spoons. Soft butter.

°Two eggs of small size.

°Three cups of cake flour.

°THE FILLING INGREDIENTS:

°Quarter of a cup of melted butter.

°A cup of brown sugar.

°Two large spoons. Cinnamon.

+GLAZE INGREDIENTS:

°Soft container. 8 ounces cream cheese.

°¼ cup of butter.

°1½ cup powdered sugar.

°½ teaspoons. Vanilla.

°2 large spoons. Milk.

* Methods : 

Step 1:

First, I combined the hot milk, with yeast, granulated white sugar, salt, melted butter and an egg in a standing blender equipped with a low-speed dough hook.

Step 2:

After that, I gradually added flour, and once it was combined, I increased the speed of the blender to medium.

NOTE:

The dough should be soft and sticky, but it should be able to move away from the side of the bowl.

Step 3:

Then I transferred the dough into a large pool of lightly oiled mixture, covered it with plastic wrap, and set aside for 1 hour to lift.

Step 4:

At this point, I greased a 913-inch baking dish and rolled the dough on a 12.18-inch x 12.18-inch rectangle.

Step 5:

And I brushed the dough with the 1/4 cup of melted butter filling, meanwhile, I combined the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.

Step 6:

On the greased dough, I sprinkled the mixture and rolled firmly along the length to form a single long roll.

Step 7:

Then I cut the dough into 12 slices using wire and put them in a greased mould.

Step 8:

I covered the pan and let it rise for about 45 minutes.

Step 9:

I cooked them for 20 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 degrees, until golden brown
