Beef and barley soup




*Ingredients

°Water 9-10 cups

°Half a cup of chopped onions

°1 cup pearl barley

°1 large bay leaf

°1 pound roast, cut into small pieces

°A cup and a half of carrot slices

°Celery, chopped 1 cup and a half

°8 ounce sliced ​​mushrooms

°2 tbsp beef base You can also use beef broth here, but the beef base works wonders and I only need 2 tbsp for this recipe

Take a frying pan and cook the meat according to your taste like cooking you like.

When the beef is ready, add it to the slow cooker. Add carrots, water, bay leaf, onion, celery, mushrooms, and meat base.

Cook over high heat, then add the barley. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook until the beef and vegetables are cooked to your requirements.

Remove bay leaves and serve in a bowl with fish crackers, chili sauce, soy sauce and lime.
